The inspection today went well. My friendly neighborhood inspector Mike did a very thorough job and explained his findings. I won't get the official report until next week but the bottom line is he gave the house a thumbs up. Yay!
Now I just need to get through appraisal and I'm home free. At least until I have to start making those giant mortgage payments. Ouch.
