One down, one more to go.

The inspection today went well. My friendly neighborhood inspector Mike did a very thorough job and explained his findings. I won't get the official report until next week but the bottom line is he gave the house a thumbs up. Yay!

Now I just need to get through appraisal and I'm home free. At least until I have to start making those giant mortgage payments. Ouch.

Inspection Day!

Tomorrow is inspection day. If everything goes well I'll post more pics tomorrow. If it doesn't it may be the end of this blog as we know it.
